History

2024

Moved to its own modern industrial park factory, with nearly 10000 square meters of office and production base, Maswell is now a modern intelligent electrical manufacturing enterprise with a team of over 60 people, with more than 30% of technical personnel.

2023

The ERP overall process control system has been introduced to achieve refined control, efficient management, cost reduction and efficiency improvement from the entry of raw materials, production, sales, and after-sales, further enhancing product competitiveness. The production workshop implements standardized 6S production management.

2022

The company has conducted technical research and development in the non-standard customized power supply sector, and has participated in the design and production of multiple large-scale power supply projects at home and abroad, including projects in Malaysia, South Africa, Thailand, Singapore, etc. A series of products of the company have obtained CE certification from the European Union. To expand business in the Southeast Asian market, a Singapore branch was established.

2021

The company has passed the IS9001 quality management system certification. With stable and reliable product quality, compact appearance design, and strong performance, it has emerged in industries such as kilns, new materials, semiconductors, and fiberglass, occupying a stable market share.

2019

The company is once again expanding its production workshop, adding standardized equipment production lines, independent system workshops, and synchronously initiating the construction of standardized management architecture. The establishment of sales department, finance department, procurement department, and comprehensive department has led to the transformation of the core team, which originally held multiple positions, towards specialized division of labor. The complete business chain of order taking, production scheduling, quality control, and delivery has taken shape, and the unique core values of Maxwell have formed within the company.

2018

With the increase in order volume, the company moved into Tianyuan Industrial Park, expanded the production workshop to 500 square meters, and increased the team to 20 people. At that time, everyone was versatile, with some personnel working in both technical and sales roles, as well as managing procurement. In order to ensure timely delivery, production often worked overtime to catch up, laying a solid foundation for the rapid development of Maxwell later on.

2016

The company has completed a product system upgrade: launching a product matrix of three major gradient power controllers: economic, general, and professional, achieving a breakthrough in special non-standard power supply technology; Relying on independently developed temperature control algorithm patents and multiple utility model patents, the product has been verified to operate stably in the market, officially establishing a leading position in the field of temperature control technology.

2015

The company has established an independent product development department, based on the research and development of power controller technology, focusing on the development of industry-specific control power supplies and customized non-standard products; Simultaneously establish a professional engineering project department and build a full cycle service system from research and development to implementation.

2014

Sichuan Myswell officially established and registered the MSWER brand trademark. Starting from a professional research and development base for the renovation of 200 square meters of residential buildings, a team of five founders successfully broke through the core technology of single-phase/three-phase power controllers, completed the independent research and development of the first generation product, and embarked on an innovative journey in the field of industrial control under limited conditions.
